Prices

All product prices at YayArt.com are incl. VAT but without shipping and handling. Payments are taken in the currency you have selected.

If you are ordering from a country in EU, no additional fees will be placed. You'll just be paying for the art and shipping.

If you are ordering from a country outside EU, the prices will be excl. EU VAT. But local VAT and other fees in your country might apply when the package passes through customs.

Shipping

We use national postal service/Pan Nordic Logistics for world-wide delivery. The shipping prices for single products are (for multiple products in one order, put them in the shopping bag and see what it says):

Ordering

The ordering process consists of 4 simple steps:

Step 1 - Choose YayArt Pieces
Choose the desired art piece and size, and add it to the shopping bag.

Step 2 – Check Shopping bag
View your choosen art pieces. Edit your order if desired or press the continue button at the bottom.

Step 3 – Enter Address & Confirm
Type in your address, press the continue button at the bottom and we'll show an order summary for you to confirm.

Step 4 – Payment
Select payment method, type in your data and press the confirm button.

When you finish these four steps, you'll end up on our "Yay, finished." page. This means you've completed your order succesfully.

Note that as long as you haven't confimed your order, you can change the info you've provided. Just navigate between the steps in the top bar.

Payment

You can pay with credit/debit cards. We withdraw the money after the order is shipped.

In the shop, you can use the following payment methods:

Delivery

After you've made your order, you'll receive a message via email, and when the order has been processed, we'll send you an order confirmation. Note that the order is not completed until you receive the order confirmation from us.

The normal delivery time from the order confirmation is between 4-14 days depending on the delivery address. The delivery time may in some circumstances be longer because of holidays or problems with shipping.

In case of time-critical orders, please contact us at support@yayart.com and make a special arrangement before placing the order. We do not accept liability for any damage incurred by the customer due to absent or overdue delivery of the product in relation to the agreed delivery term.

Return policy

We give a full refund if you return the product in proper condition within the first 14 days after receiving it. Please contact us to arrange the details at support@yayart.com. You need to send the art work to us in proper and secure packaging.

Replacements

In the event that the product show signs of damage, we're happy to replace it provided that the damage has not occurred as a consequence of mishandling or otherwise unreasonable use of the product.

In case the work is sold out, we will replace it with either a work at the same price or a full refund at your option.

Privacy

We keep your personal information confidential and will not pass it on to any third party. Your credit/debit card information is processed using a trusted payment gateway and is not stored on the YayArt.com web server.

Copyrights

All the products sold by at YayArt.com are protected by copyrights belonging to YayArt ApS and the artists. This is what makes the product unique. The sold art works, or parts hereof, may not be reproduced without permission from us.

Limitations of liability

YayArt ApS is not liable for damage of any nature as a result of improper use or abuse of the products after delivery.

Applicable law and venue

Disputes regarding the understanding and interpretation of this agreement and its execution shall be settled by Danish law, to the extend that rules which points to the application of foreign law, are not used.

Any dispute is to be settled by the Danish courts at YayArt ApS' venue.
