I started life being encouraged to do art... And it's stuck. I studied life drawing, watercolours, manga, and now I'm studying to become a graphic designer. My next step will be post graduate work into fashion design.

I'm an avid gamer, and I draw alot of my inspiration from gaming environments and the people I come into contact with while taking part in this hobby.

Also I love music - LOVE it! I will listen to almost anything, but my preference is good ol' rock music, and I'm starting to get into metal too. I draw alot of inspiration from music, but who doesn't?

My style is more formal, I prefer to lean towards minimalism, especially in type and website compositions. For my artwork, I love detailing, but still keeping it clean, and not too over the top.

As for subjects, I have been drawing in a manga style for almost 8 years now. I was influenced in that field by Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z, although this has become less apparent over the years.

My major influence in the field of design has been my tutors, especially Trevor Morris. He taught me that there was a science and art to typography, and I loved it ever since. Other influences are Japanese culture, which ties into the manga style, and vintage design work. There's something about the distressed look, with the sunbursts and textures that get me all fired up and wanting to create.
