Miroslav Kostic
I am an illustrator, graphic designer, animator... from Novi Sad, Serbia.
After finished high school for graphic design as technician of graphic design and propaganda, I applied at the Academy of Art in Novi Sad, at graphic communications department.
During studying I worked for few Serbian publishers doing mostly children illustration and utility design.
Today I am finishing my first animated movie, illustrating books, making simple web sites and trying to cope with harsh reality in my country.

I newer wanted to build my own style, I just wanted to draw better and to know to draw anything from my head, my opinion is that real art comes from there. Nature is OK, but nature in my head looks even better.
It was a long ago when I used paper for my work, now everything starts in the computer, from sketch to final rendering. This principle saves the environment.
I'm influenced an inspired by mass media, which I think is good because it covers almost every aspect of human life. I think this is why I always need to have story in my art.

sorry you dont think its art. anything that is visually aesthetic i consider art, and this looks nice, it is not a creative piece, but i thought that entries were required to be digital art. its not just a trace job thank you very much. aesthetic: 1 a: of, relating to, or dealing with aesthetics or the beautiful b: artistic c: pleasing in appearance : atttractive |

hvala ti na tviom misljenju omojim crtezima. Dakle, radi se o crtezu olovke na 240 gramskom papiru, dimenzija 100x70cm. Valjda zato nema glane i tebana.

you should take it easy man. If you think your art is yay (and I think everybody thinks that cause otherwise we wouldn't post our things) of course you vote for yourself! If I think my art is not yay I wouldn't post it at all. |
