Art from our previous competitions

This is a piece from a collection of 8. In all pieces I've been working with calligraphy, weird objects, enviroments and such where the background for its self works as one big calligraphic collection.

In this specific piece I wanted to create something very strange and trippy, taking place in a strange and dark forrest. I've worked in Photoshop with a lot of layers. Just the background contains 4 layers, same picture but 4 layers to create the effect it does. The strange creatures are drawn on paper with a stick (yes, a stick), some ink, then scanned.
