About us

YayArt.com is founded by five Danish designers and programmers who wanted something new to hang on our walls. Not traditional paintings that require a considerable investment of time (and sometimes money) to find and to select, and not posters of old master pieces you can find everywhere.

The first large print

We had a keen eye for digital graphical art. But it was surprisingly hard to find and buy in spite of our high-tech society with its vast amount of graphic designers and artists. Thus we founded YayArt.

The idea behind YayArt is to form a community around finding excellent new graphical art, having great fun in the process, and to make these extraordinary pieces easy to get as a prepackaged high-quality product. Pieces that last and that we all can enjoy hanging on our walls.

YayArt is inclusive: everyone can submit, and everyone can vote. But we are also exclusive: we always have only the latest and very best in the shop, the few that pass through the needle's eye.

The result is a selection of works that are incredibly different from what you see elsewhere!
